Medical Clinics and doctors have always had to manage their reputation. So, what is different in today's digital world? A practice's reputation was what they said about themselves in their advertising and the limited reach customers had via word of mouth. Now, patients can define businesses by providing real-time feedback on review sites, social media, forums, and other channels. The speed at which information is being shared, the number of people reached by that information, and how it is being shared have drastically changed how we manage and look at our online presence and reputation.

Managing a successful online reputation can be time-consuming, but whatever you do, maintaining the online presence of a business is one of the most worthwhile investments you can make. One of the most vital aspects of managing online reputation is getting, monitoring, responding to, and amplifying online reviews.
