Join the Arizona Medical Group Management Association for our 2018 Annual Conference October 17-19, 2018 at the Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino in Chandler, Arizona.  Joining us at our conference as a Sponsor or Exhibitor will provide the opportunity to network with Healthcare Management Professionals in one of the most active medical communities in the country. Attendance this year is expected to be 150+!

Fees:
$1500

Benefits for all Exhibitors (including lettered sponsors) include:

  • 2 conference registrations for two representatives at booth
  • One 6ft table, two chairs and a wastebasket
  • Electronic attendee list 2 weeks before and after the conference
  • 50-word description in our program
  • Additional representatives are $150 each by June 15, 2018, $200 after  June 15, 2018    

 
Assignment of Exhibit Hall Space: Booth space will be assigned on a "first-come, first-served" basis.  AzMGMA reserves the right to assign all space in the best interest of the Association and the conference without regard to requests, and reserves the right to reassign booths when necessary. Confirmation of booth assignments will be sent immediately following assignment of space.

Payment is due upon reservation of the Exhibit Booth.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for Exhibit Registrations will be accepted with no penalty up to June 1st, 2018. Penalties after June 1st are as follows:

  •    Up to July 1st, 2018- 50% of Exhibit Booth Registration Fee
  •    Up to August 1st, 2018- 75% of Exhibit Booth Registration Fee
  •    No refunds after August 31st, 2018

Door Prizes: If you wish to provide a door prize as a sponsor or exhibitor, please list the item on the registration form. Your company will be listed in the handout materials and you can announce the winner at the drawings.
