2020 AzMGMA Annual Conference

Under Construction: Blueprint to a Productive Culture

Join the Arizona Medical Group Management Association for our 2020 Annual Conference October 1 - 2, 2020 at the Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino in Chandler, Arizona.  Joining us at our conference as a Sponsor or Exhibitor will provide the opportunity to network with Healthcare Management Professionals in one of the most active medical communities in the country.

Exhibit Opportunities

Exhibit Fees: $1,500 per table

Benefits for all Exhibitors include*:

  • 2 conference registrations for two representatives at table
  • One 6ft table, two chairs and a wastebasket
  • Electronic attendee list 2 weeks before and after the conference
  • 50-word description in our program
  • Additional representatives are $150 each by 5:00 pm on September 15, 2020, $200 after 5:00 pm on September 15, 2020  


*Exhibit tables purchased after August 30 may risk being excluded from program pending printing schedule.

Assignment of Exhibit Hall Space: AzMGMA reserves the right to assign all space in the best interest of the Association and the conference without regard to requests and reserves the right to reassign tables when necessary. Confirmation of table assignments will be sent immediately following assignment of space, approximately 1 week prior to the meeting. This meeting is a private meeting for AzMGMA members and exhibitors whose products are in line with AzMGMA’s mission.  We will consider all applications for exhibit space but reserve the right to reject any application which AzMGMA in its sole discretion determines is not consistent with our mission.

Payment is due upon reservation of the Exhibit Table.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for Exhibit Registrations will be accepted with no penalty up to July 15, 2020. Penalties after July 15 are as follows:

  •    Up to August 10, 2020- 50% of Exhibit Table Registration Fee
  •    Up to August 31, 2020- 75% of Exhibit Table Registration Fee
  •    No refunds after August 31, 2020
  •    Exhibit tables purchased after August 30 may risk being excluded from program pending printing schedule 

 

Door Prizes: If you wish to provide a door prize as a sponsor or exhibitor, please list the item on the registration form. Your company will be listed in the handout materials and you can announce the winner at the drawings.

Hotel Guest Room Block

Hotel reservations can be made at the Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino, 5040 Wild Horse Pass Boulevard, Chandler, AZ 85226 for $149/night + tax for a Standard Room. Suites can be reserved for $239/night + tax. The Room Block rate is available until September 11, 2020, at 5:00 pm. To make a reservation, please call 520-796-4900. (Please note this is NOT the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass.)

Please refer to the shipping instructions below for sending material to and from the Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino. Please bring tape, sissors, and any other packing materials you may need onsite.

Load-in time is currently scheduled for 6:00 am on Thursday, October 1. If the opportunity arises to load-in Wednesday evening, we will let you know. Exhibitors should keep tables set up until after the first break Friday morning.

Exhibitors and Sponsors are invited to attend any sessions of interest.

All meals and refreshment breaks are open to Exhibitors and Sponsors.
